Green Juice

Every few weeks I like to go on a health kick because I tend to binge eat a lot of some not so healthy foods. ( I'm a sucker for any kind of cheeseburger) My go to remedies are smoothies and juices to get me feeling 100% again. They're light yet and provide you with a ton of nutrients that help bring your body back to life. The recipe below is for a juice that has become one of my favorites. It consists of spinach, orange, green apple, chia seeds, and ginger. All of these ingredients are a good source of vitamins and antioxidants. This juice will give you the energy to kick start your morning and take on the world. Try it and comment below to let me know how it turned out!

Recipe
1. Gather the following ingredients:
     -spinach
     -ginger 
     -orange
     -green apple
     -chia seeds
2. Put ingredients into blend
3. Add 1 cup of aloe vera juice
4. Blend it up
5. Enjoy!
