Skin Care Basics

A few days ago I attended a beauty class provided by Sephora. The makeup specialists are always mentioning the courses they offer so I finally decided to give it a try and I loved it! The classes are small and usually held on Sunday mornings before the store opens to the public. It was cool to learn how to create a daily skin care regiment and what products would give me instant gratification. Listed below are some of my favorite brands I tested out that will help your skin renewal in no time!

This Caudalie face mask was one of the first products I tried out. It's a deep cleanser that eliminates   impurities and helps in minimizing your pours. This peel is a great exfoliate and leaves a silky smooth look. Use it twice a week for 10-15 minutes for a brighter and softer complexion.

Eye cream reminds me of my grandmother and I'll be honest and admit that at twenty four I didn't think I would need to start using it. My twenties are apparently the prime years to take action in preventing anti aging.  Lotus Youth Preserve loosens up the fluids around our eyes which will aide in reducing those fine lines. It has a light texture to it and absorbs quickly into the skin leaving it hydrated. This small cream really goes a long way!

Love love love this stuff right here! I was introduced to Seaberry's face oil at the end of class. After you have cleansed your face, go ahead and give this moisturizer a try. It contains omega 3,6,7, and 9 that will nourish, keep your skin firm, and lifted. If you're looking to boost your complexion and get a radiant glow, I highly recommend this product.

As much as I love being tanned, its important that I also protect my face from harmful UV Rays.  Coola's setting spray is the finishing touch before leaving the house. It's a light mist of green tea and aloe vera extracts that you spray on over your make up. What I like about it is that it smells fresh and it doesn't leave a greasy film over your face like most sunscreens. Really happy I found out about this product and can't wait to start using it!

      Until next time... xx
